VAT on the conference fees is inclusive, subject to the EU "Special Scheme - Travel Agents" in line with the "Council Directive 2006/112/EC of 28 November 2006 on the common system of value added tax" and the Greek VAT regulations (article 43) 

Registration Instructions

New User

If you have not already created an account, please follow the steps below:

1. Please read the instructions carefully before proceeding. Please press this button.
2. Fill in the “new user registration” form.
3. Once you have completed the form, press submit button.
4. Please make sure that you put the following information in the “Remark to Agent”:
   i.    Abstract number (the number given from Easy Chair for your abstract submission, e.g. No 83)
   ii.   The title of your abstract (oral or poster, e.g: “Engineering during 15^th century”)
   iii.  The name of the author (oral or poster, write the name of the main author, e.g.: Dr. Efi GALANAKI) 
5. Click on the icon “congress”.
6. Go to the ESREF 2020 banner and select the “Book Now” button.
7. Choose the registration status and then proceed.
8. Select the “terms & conditions” and “click” confirm.
9. Continue with payment.

Existing User

If you have already created an account, please follow the steps below:

1. Please read the instructions carefully before proceeding. Please press this button.
2. Log in by clicking on the “sign in” at the top right hand side of the page and add your username and password.
3. If you have not already written the following information while registering, please make sure to write them  in the “Remark to Agent”:
   i.    Abstract number (the number given from Easy Chair for your abstract submission, e.g. No 83)
   ii.   The title of your abstract (oral or poster, e.g: “Engineering during 15^th century”)
   iii.  The name of the author (oral or poster, write the name of the main author, e.g.: Dr. Efi GALANAKI)

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Registrations must be paid prior to admission to the conference.
2. Registration is considered effective upon confirmation of payment by the Conference Secretariat.
3. Cancellation refunding
   
   

1. 1. Non-arrivals will be non-refundable for any reason.
   2. Substitute participants will be accepted at any time provided that MITOS S.A. (efi@mitos.com.gr) is informed of the change, and that the substitute participant has not been previously registered.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Any accepted paper must end up in a registration. In the case you are co-author of several accepted papers, a different author must be registered for each paper.
2. No refund of registration fee will be made to authors who got a paper accepted for publication on Microelectronics Reliability.
3. Cancellations have to be notified in written by signed letter before 15^th August 2020 and sent by postal mail or email to the Conference Secretariat.

VAT Policy

Conference attendees from EU countries: Companies that fulfill the requirements can reclaim the paid Value Added Tax (VAT) by applying to the tax authorities of their Country.
